1. I did a kickboxing workout routine this morning.

It did not involve busting the shit out of someone else, but it was therapeutic (and a good workout) nonetheless. :)

also add Thai Stick fighting to your repetoire. Nothing more relaxing than beating the hell out of something with a couple of sticks.
