My netscape mail is messed up. I get reference 303 when I try to
delete messages from my inbox. I cannot delete from my inbox. Does anyone know how to fix this please ?

1. Reinstall your netscape.. it'll overwrite, not remove files
Your inbox and all contents will remain intact and once again be accessible.

2. delete the snm file
in your netscape\users\<username>\mail\inbox.snm directory

Then close netscape and re-boot your computer. The snm file will be rebuilt automatically when you go back into Netscape.

3. If you haven't tried it....just reboot your computer.. I had a problem
with my Netscape History going blank and refusing to remember links. Got myself into a tizzy tried allkinds of tips......in the end what worked was restarting my computer. Also had a problem with my mail file disappearing a few months ago and after panicking.......restared my computer.......and all was well again.

Hope this works....so you don't have to reinstall your Netscape.

6. I just fixed it
I upgraded to netscape 7.1 and it works fine now. Thanks everyone.
