Just put on a pair of size four pants, YAY!
As a mother of two little boys can I just say I am really happy to be wearing a pair of size four pants.

They're not even tight or anything, the world is going to hell, but hey I feel skinny.

2. Congratulations, my wife started
Weight Watchers after our son was born, she lost all her baby weight and them some. I don't think that WW is a very good program, I prefer Body-for-Life, but it worked for her.

3.  I was 145 pre-babies now I am 135, didn't use a diet program though

I just shock my system, 3 days out of the week I eat normally, and then four days a week I diet, it keeps your metabolism high and you burn more fat on diet days. It works really well, and it is a pretty easy diet. Also I get a ton of exercize chasing two toddlers around.

Considering that I gained 70 pounds each time I got pregnant, wearing these pants feels really good.

4. If you want to take your diet to the next level
consider Body-for-Life. It emphasizes eating six small balanced meals a day to keep your metabolism buzzing as well as working out, but if you don't have time for the gym try eating-for-life. It is pretty good.

6. I haven't worn a size four since I was about 8!
My normal weight is about 130 and I wear a 9. I'm what they call "big boned", I guess.
