2. Are they still Jello Shots if there is no alcohol?
If there isn't alchohol, aren't they just little squares of jello?
Is this a question for educators, drinkers, or my mom the midwestern mother of five?

4. The Cafeteria Lady at my son's school should be arrested.
She sells frozen pickle juice to the kids in jello shot cups.

The horror!

she's 8 and she either brought actual liquor to school, or she was going to lie to other kids and tell them she was selling them liquor. Generally schools don't like that much.

Edit:

suppose a kid brought a bag of oregano to school, tried to pass it off as pot and sell it, this is the same sort of situation.

selling stuff at school is ok from what some DUers have been telling me.

Obeying her mother.
