1. I love Sex and the City, but Curb your Enthusians is so much better!!!
Sex and the City was not good for season 5. Sarah Jessica Parker was pregnant, the season was shortchanged and personally I thought they were kinda slipping (although it's rebounded greatly these past few episodes).

If you've not seen Curb Your Enthusians - WATCH IT. If you don't have HBO, find someone who will tape the show for you. Curb Your Enthusian stars Larry David (who should win for best actor in a comedy) as himself. Larry David, if you don't know, was one of the creators of Seinfeld. There is no script for the show. From what I read they have an outline each week and many times the actors will be thrown for a suprise with what will happen on the show. Larry David plays a real asshole who is funny as hell. The guy knows how to offend everyone.

4. Curb Cracks Me Up
Sex & City is wonderful, but for 30 minutes of laugh you ass off out loud, nothing beats CYE.

2. I like Bernie Mac and 8 Simple Rules...Wanda At Large is good too
....just don't watch much other tv than PBS these days....doubt NOW with Bill Moyers....NOVA or Frontline would ever be nominated for anything...nothing very comical about 'em but much better food for the ol' grey matter imho....

8. 8 Simple Rules is a classic
but sadly it doesn't look like it'll be doing so great this year, even now that it is coming back. :-(

3. The shows that make me actually laugh out loud are:
South Park (ruthless)
The Daily Show
The McLaughlin Group

Curb Your Enthusiasm is like Seinfeld without quality control.

6. I cannot believe I'm the only one that voted for RAYMOND!
It should have won last year, and the year before that. It's the only show that's actually funny!

Loathe Sex and the City--the Simpsons nailed it when Marge's sisters said it was about four women who act like gay men!

Friends is a lazy, lazy show--same jokes, same lines. Get off the air already!

Willaand Grace--too over the top--does anyone actually believe people like this exist?

Curb your Enthusiasm? Pullllllllleeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzze!

7. I voted Raymond
The show is great. I don't think that most people get that it is probably one of the best sitcoms of all time. It works on so many levels. Marie v.s. Robert, Robert v.s. Raymond, Raymond v.s. Debra, and then there's just Frank v.s. everybody.

It should win. I've never watched Sex in the City but I hear it's overrated.
