When do I start thawing turkey???
going to cook it Thursday morning and eat at 1pm. It's 12 lbs.

Is putting it if frig tomorrow morning (Monday) OK?

I used to start thawing a 20-22 pound turkey on saturday always in the fridge for thursday

6. Frozen turkey should be thawed 4 lbs a day
in the refrigerator. So, it sounds like you want to start Monday.
