CA drivers license debate

I am suppose to prep for a debate on CA drivers licenses for illegal aliens. Any recomendations? I will not know which side of the issue I will be debating.

1. it is proper that all drivers have licenses

that we all use the same rules of the road
they are on the road anyway
no one is telling them they can't work, true there are laws,but they are not enforced for many reasons.
it aids in law enforcement to have identifiable people.

2. If they won't stop them working

or paying taxes, I dunno why they should stop them
from having a license and getting insurance and all that
too. The "illegality" of their presence is a ruse to
make them cheap labor with no rights. Employers go down
and ferry them up to work, and they aren't willing to throw
those fuckers in jail. Unless they are willing to address
that, I don't see worrying about all this other crap.
