Why am I so tired?

1. Depression

As my wife says, it's depressed anger. Sleep it off over the weekend. Meanwhile, try a cappuccino and Microsoft Solitaire. You can also take comfort in the fact you are ripping off your corporate capitalista masters at the same time.

2. Probably diet related

You've probably depleted a lot of vitamins and minerals due to stress this past week. I've had to up my dosage of Vitamin B's due to stress.

Or does this happen a lot? I have sleep apnea, which totally kicked my ass. I'd have to pull over for a nap on the way home from work.

I just can't seem to keep my eyes from drifting out of focus this morning.

5. Same problem here. I'm tired all the time

I often sleep ten hours or more and take Adderall and caffeine but still feel exhausted. This has been going on for over a year and I can't figure it out.
