That was an awesome northern lights display (NW Iowa again)
Even brighter and more intense than Sunday nights show. It was almost like dawn at one point with rays of brightish green with a burst of faint red thrown in here and there.
So awesome, amazing and beautiful. I've never seen anything like it before.

Anyone else see it?

3. I think it may be moving in that direction
if you're far enough to the north and not down in say So. Cal. :-) The other night some folks here saw the lights as far south as southern Colorado. They seemed much brighter to me tonight so maybe ya might see em.

2. I'm envious
I'd like to see those.

I guess I have to move from Alabama to a Blue State!

(or at least visit again during the winter)

4. I don't care what they say
Iowa is still a blue state. Maybe not by much, but it is. The non-elected un-wanted Idiot Bastard cheated, lied and stole Iowa too. They can take their red rating and cram it up their poopers

7. It's still going on! Watch the sky!
Right now the geomagnetic storm that has caused the auroras is still going very strong. There's a very good chance that you might see auroras as long as it's dark, even pretty down south.

Almost all Germany was under thick clouds, so we couldn't see it last night , but there was some bright aurora on Sunday night - but I slept. x(

Also, another very strong solar flare has happened, so there could be even another beautiful night!
