Boy, If You Were Watching This Nets-Trail Blazers Game You'd Never Know...
That there was a 24-second clock in the NBA.

Right now its 58-54 Nets with 4 minutes left in the 4th quarter.

Both teams have combined for less than 40 field goals. The NBA record for fewest in a game is 45, I think.

And, btw, the Nets just got to 58 by hitting back-to-back-threes. When I started writing this post it was 54-52.

Oy.

Yeah right -

I have not seen a decent game since Jordan hung 'em up.

I hope you can stay awake and reward that commitment you made by struggling through it thus far.

4. 62-56 Nets with less than 2 minutes to go
I think the Trail-Smokers just decided to hit the bongs instead of the boards and checked out early.

5. Keep up
My beloved Blazers should no longer be ridiculed for pot smoking. It's all about dog fighting now.

6. You know NBA blows when
college football teams scores start to be bigger! Last month San Jose St. beat Rice 70-63...

7. yup, they scored less
Final - 64-60, Nets win.

Among interesting things, Alonzo Mourning continues his amazing comback from Kidney transplant - 14 points and 10 rebounds and 3 blocked shots.
