I don't feel sore yet but I know tomorrow will be a killer. This is the first time in a long time I got my ass in there and I'm proud of myself...baby steps. I can't wait until tomorrow so I can go again!

:) But I know what you are saying. I've been telling myself for a long time that I wanted to get into shape so I decided that since Bush is gonna ruin the country, I was gonna fix my body. A yin and yang sort of thing...when President Clinton or Edwards or Obama or Dean gets sworn in, I'm going to be a lean mean fighting machine!

5. They had good food at my old gym

my wife would do her frantic work out and i would run through the exercise equiptment to see if it was all working well,then it was back to the snack bar.Now i go to Jack in the Box and exercise there,they were pissed off about the exercise bikes cluttering up the place,but fuck em !
