Saw Jude Law's ALfie, ask me anything!

Never sww the original but I really didn't like Jude Law's Alfie. It had no ending. I swear, theres a reel missing! Theres really no movie to it. Just Jude talking to the screen & bragging about his previous night's conquest. I'm sure it was a good idea back in the 60's when shagging 2 or 3 girls a night was common.But today, it just don't work. Pretty lame movie! (sorry Jude)

1. The Orig Is The Same Way.

This is one of those movies that it is totally stupid to remake. The whole point of the orig Alfie was it sort of captured new mood/attitude society was taking re: sexuality & relationships, you can't just take it and plop it into another era and have it work.

Same mistake they make with the dreadful "Sabrina" with Harrison Ford...and Ocean's 11 for that matter although it looks like a money maker, I didn't even get through it soooo affected & boring.
