I remember just a few short years ago arrogantly turning my nose up at these upstart bubble-gum punk bands back in the 90's. I came up in the eighties when punk was punk.

When I heard American Idiot I was just blown away. Since the election I've had "Holiday" and "Jesus of Suburbia" running through my head. This album is all around cool. Dookie is great, too.
