A gnat in the scotch

Just back from dinner at a little local bar. Ordered a scotch on the rocks. Bartender poured Dewer's. A gnat got to the bottle before me. The Dewers went down the drain. Young foolish bartender poured a full glass of Chivas. Another gnat had been there. The Chivas went down the drain! I then ordered an iced tea. If I had been at home the gnat would have been fished out and the scotch would be downed. My bad week continues.

I doubt I will ever order a drink there again. They do make great potato soup with yummy little dumplings. I carefully screened every bite.
