Today I am getting married to the man I love.
I fully expected to be also basking in the glow of a Kerry win.

I am struggling to be happy, on the happiest day of my life.

I just wanted to say, that I love you all, as my family.
You ARE my family. I talk to you, listen to you, fight with you and thank God/dess for you every day of my life (since I found you!).

I will be gone on my honeymoon until Sunday.
Be good to each other.
Think good thoughts for me.

It looks like all we may have is each other from here on out.
Trying to be optimistic, but right now I'm a little deflated.

14. This is the happiest thing I've read all day!!

My husband and I were married a little over 8 months ago, and I will never forget how I felt that day. More than that, I will never forget how surprised I was at how emotionally overwhelmed I was, and I didn't expect that.

Oh, I expected to feel sweet and sentimental, but this was a big, wonderful emotional wallop. I had a wicked case of dry mouth in the dressing room before the ceremony, and had trouble keeping my emotions in check, even through our short little ceremony. It surprised the hell out of me by how much I was moved by the event.

I ramble, but my point is: You will be amazed at the powerful, beautiful feelings you have, too!! Have a wonderful ceremony, and thanks for sharing such sweet news on an otherwise dark day.
