This was a supreme disappointment, as there is NO question that the American public (in these 11 states) has definitely told us that we are not worthy to be Americans. The huge margin of victory on those amendments means that all the election fraud that has jeopardized Kerry gaining the presidency that is rightfully his probably had no affect at all. We may still have more than half this country despising Bush, we'll never know since we cannot recount those votes... but right now, I know that a great deal MORE than half this country despises me.

But, I can tell you as a gay man (and I am only speaking for me, and my partner), I am SICK! I am so angry! I am in Oklahoma and knew that stupid measure would pass, but it is still a slap in the face. I am scared! The first judicial appointment to the SC will see the overturning of Lawrence v. Texas and gays will be under attack again, but this time, it will be legal. They will not stop there! But for all of those who did and do support us, thank you!!!
