On the plus side, anyone with a low enough IQ to believe any of that crap would probably be voting for dubya anyway.

Courtesy of the daily kos.

On Edit: Love the "guiulty" typo.

2. It's new. Just proving that the internal GOP polls are showing...
...B* is getting spanked, so they have to try what they can to keep people away from the polls.

3. Clumsy, but effective in its own way
When larded on top of any number of other things, it can daunt a person badly abused by the system, and worried about official repercussions to just about anything. When you have been credibly told by a caseworker that if you don't fill out this form or attend that class that your children will be taken away from you, that threat will cause some people to think twice about voting.

It's easy enough for us to point and laugh at such a ham-handed tactic, but the truth is that it works to some degree. The cure for ignorance is education, and this corrupt administration has done its level best to avoid smartening up the chumps.

5. In Wisconson....
...I don't think blacks feel they are properly represented there, and it shows in voter apathy. The flyer is targeting people who would not normally be voting in the first place. It is a harbinger that the election is going to be a blowout for Kerry. Record numbers of people have been registering to vote (just like when Bush Sr. was running against Clinton), and the neo-cons are trying every dirty trick in the book to suppress votes, from this type of voter intimidation, to "accidentally" losing voter registration forms that just happen to be democrat, so they don't get filed.

4. GOP is under injunction to cut this shit out
There is an injunction that has been in place for over 20 years on voter supression tools against the RNC.

6. Yeah, and you see how much respect they have for the law
Because this same lame crapola happens again every election cycle.

I like how the media introduce their latest "voter fraud" segments (at least in my little backwater neck of the woods). It always sounds bad -- and it is -- but the upshot is always that whatever fraudulent behavior is being reported on benefits Republicans and hurts Democrats. But nobody ever knows who started it, or how it happened, and it probably won't affect the outcome of the race anyway.

Uh huh.
