I didnt to much at all last night, well I played back yard football in the rain, used the computer until 10:30 and went to bed.

and position yourself so that if it is gas, it can escape. I know that sounds crazy, but maybe you just need a good burp or fart.

And rub your belly while you are lying down. This helped me after the birth of my son get rid of all the gas that is natural for women to experience after childbirth, and I use the technique on my son now.
