sorry folks, but i think its one of the most boring sports since golf. gimme hockey ANY day. and while i understand this is a big deal, jesus, cant we keep it under 900 threads about it? i didnt hear anyone joyful about the bengals beating the living crap out of denver

I didn't watch the series it was so boring. Last week's play-off games had more drama, better play.

Anyway, I am a Cubs fan and we have gone even longer without a series win. Damn that cursed goat!

and i like hockey too, but even you must admit that there isn't even going to be an NHL season

14. Baseball's a sport

that's best watched in person. Taking it all in, the smell of new-cut grass, the hot-roasted peanuts and ice cold beer. Feeling the breezes caress your face and watching a good pitchers dual makes it all worthwhile. It's not always the best sport to watch on TV. It's more like a chess match than anything else at times.
