The one about exploration, space, etc. Is that Bush talking? Surely not, because,

1) they wouldn't use * for their bumper, and
2) the voice is describing intellectual curiosity.

1. It's not the Shrub
She talked about it on air a couple of weeks ago. It's definitely not Shrub, although the voice sounds similar. I don't recall the name of the speaker, though.

2. No, it's not *
I actually heard them talking about it before. It's some guy (from NASA I think, but don't hold me to that) and he's actually a scientist. Kinda odd because it sounds just like Dubya and sounds just like something he'd say. Which begs me to ask the question....is this the best we can do for NASA? When their people start talking and sounding a little too much like Dubya???

Scary times....

3. sort of sounds like *

But not exactly. Then, if you listen to what the guy's saying, he sounds like someone who knows that "intellectual curiosity" is a good talking point, but who isn't very curious himself. Maybe it's one of *'s goons?

"Do the stars twinkle, or are they still a steady light?" Well, we sure as hell aren't spending the money we spend on space to figure out something *that* obvious.

Eh, maybe I'm just overthinking this.

on edit: It's Rachel Maddow's show, by the way. ;)
