My dogs are soo spoiled
I try to feed them early evening, but 1:00pm one of my dogs begins barking in the middle of the living room until she is fed. I try to wait, sometimes she will stop, my other dog begins digging his way into the pantry about 2:30pm(where their food is stored). So, I feed them and they are happy. Just let me receive a phone call, they want out, they want in, they want out, then want in during the entire conversation. In the evening, they will usually sit at my side while I'm watching TV or on the computer but...... when my one dog says it is bedtime, it is bedtime! That means she again sits in the middle of the living room barks until I give up and go to bed. At one time (before I retired) she would do her thing outdoors about 7:00pm, jump on the bed, remain there until I came to bed, not anymore. She wants me to go bed after doing her thing. No way am I going to bed at 7:00pm. She is the same dog that if I give my other dog attention, she will find a ball and drop it at his feet. The tweerp knows he likes tennis balls, then she will then get my attention. Geez, does this remind you a toddlers? My dogs are elderly but still are my babies. They may be spoiled but enjoying them more then ever, but I'm seeing more of their personality and loving them more and more.

Just wanted to share "life with dogs."

1. I too have two dogs who want their evening meal at 1:30 in the afternoon
...then they sit with us when we watch t.v. in the evening and when it is time for them to go to bed they have their little doggie beds and each one goes to his little bed but start crying until they are covered with a baby blanket ...they each have one. after the male dog falls asleep, the female one sneaks up on to his little bed until he wakes up and either takes her bed or pushes her out of his bed!

They want their breakfast by 2:30 in the morning ... and yes we get up to feed them ... i can't up with their whining until 6:00 AM. Once they are fed at 2:30 AM they go happily back to their beds and stay there till the sun comes out!

These little creatures know a lot! It is amazing.

2. There is nothing
better than a loyal pet friend. They ask for so little, yet give so much more!

3. I swear
Having two dogs is the reason I only have one child!

One dog will bark at the door so the other dog will want outside, then the first dog will be alone in the house getting ALL THE LOVE!!!
