was just watching end of Cowboy/Steelers game and I commented on the player (Vinnie) who didn't look as big as a lot of other players and he said Vinnie was his student and player back in Elmont.

Back in the 60-70's there were a LOT of Italian families in Elmont.

Roosevelt Raceway was nearby... some of my Dad's students would come in and tell him to bet on a certain horse they KNEW was going to win that day (wink, wink).

Just thought I mention it... it was a surprise.
