9. No, but that had nothing to do with it. That old dog don't hunt
these days. I know that was blamed for the first cases, but I think pretty much everyone who has studied the outbreak since has discredited that.

Flu was already rampant in several cities before the "burn" at Ft. Riley, and it does not explain how the sailors on the USS Texas got sick in Boston 4 days later.
