DU has sucked me in again

There are so many other things I should be doing right now (the list is obscene). But I'm here on DU. This is why I keep taking extended vacations from this place. Nothing would get done if I didn't!

What should you be doing right now instead of hanging out here?

You mean, starting something like a 12-step program for DU addictions? It might work! LOL! For me what it takes is getting so far behind in everything else that I have no choice but to get off DU for a while!

You're definately right about that :) It just makes me feel guilty over the time I'm not spending doing the other things I'm supposed to be doing. I can't seem to find the right balance. I start posting a couple times here and there and then before I know it I've reached a point where each morning I'm on DU for a couple hours and then again in the night. Those are the two times of day when I can get the most done and I'm with you wonderful people instead. :hi:

I should be doing housework, studying for a midterm, catching up on reading for another class, working on an a project for the professor I work for, working on my thesis and doing PTA stuff. I don't have time to read for fun during the semester, which is unfortunate.

I still have the flu, but it's a beautiful day and the ocean is a gorgeous aquamarine and I should at least go out for a swim, but I've been here for 2 hours.

BTW, I'm powerless too ... I love DU and my fellow DUers :loveya:! I'm just feeling particularly weak and stressed over all that I have to do lately. I enjoy hanging around DU and wish I didn't have to feel guilty over it! :P
