I've been trying to lose a significant amount of weight for 8-10 years. I have tried every diet from Atkins to drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I have never increased my exercise load in any diet.

I work out for 30-45 minutes 3 days a week. I do 30 minutes on a treadmill and do some light weights, alternating from arms/chest to legs and back/shoulders. I have never had success until I used Trimspa. I know it does not work for some people, but it did for me. I was able to eat less and my metabolism increased significantly.

Listen, some people are able to stay thin and fit with little work. Some people try hard and never are thin. My brother never does a sit-up or runs a lick and he is in great shape. I have to work hard to avoid being very fat. (I'm in the best shape of my life at 5'11" 185, so I'm not remotely thin).

I give the drug more credit then you do. It aided my diet significantly, and I have been able to keep the weight constant for 15 months now. I think the product works better then any other. There is no wonder drug that eats fat, but Trimspa doesn't advertise to be that. I am glad I use the product and I know others who it helped.
