They left something out of this "party brownies" recipe
I'm making some chocolate pie this evening, and I just got a look at the back of the cocoa powder can. It carries a recipe for something called "party brownies."

Party brownies without even a hint of marijuana in them.

4. Of course!
6oz castor sugar.
6oz butter
2tbs cocoa
2 eggs
2oz plain flour
2oz nuts (if desired, I like walnuts)
3oz choclate chips
1/8 of hash or weed.

1. Melt 2oz of butter in a pan on a low heat and crumble or grate with the fine bit on a cheese grater in your cannabis. this takes a while so keep it on a low heat. then add the cocoa. set aside to cool.
2.Cream together the remaining butter and sugar beat in the eggs add cocoa mixture and fold in nuts and flour.
3. turn into a greased square baking tin and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
4.Allow to cool and cut them.

7. Fine-ground granulated sugar
Not "confectioner's" sugar, but granulated sugar that's in smaller granules.

Regular granulated sugar will work fine.

9. Ah-HAH! I gotcha now!
On the "oregano" meme, remember the kid who got kicked out of school last year for seasoning the (apparently very bland) lasagna his school's cafeteria served with weed he brought from home?
