This is the first time I am starting a thread too :)

Anyway - I know this couple. They are an older couple and they attend Ren Fairs all the time. The husband has a hand puppet of a Dragon he wears to these fairs - named - TWEAKERS.

I just found out (from the wife) why they named it Tweakers. According to her the puppet got his name because

"When he sees a well endowed women at the fairs he *TWEAKS* her" Yes - the husband uses the dragon puppet so he can grab women's breasts - in fact assaulting them.

I am appalled and outraged by this. If he EVER did that to me he would lose his ability to have an erection.

Is this the kind of thing a woman could have him arrested for?

And

My best buddy in Texas is creating a new Ren Faire and this couple will be going to his faire when it opens. Will he have any responsability as far as knowing what this guy is all about and being held responable if a woman wants to file charges?? I'm worried about this I don't want him to get caught up in this.

Any thoughts?

authorities and find out exactly what should be done, and what liabilities there would be for him, and what actions he should take to ensure that either he not allow the man on the premises or that he's at the very least protected from liability. And if they say that he would not be liable, I would make damn sure to have someone follow him around to catch him red-handed and charge him if it happens.

I am gonna talk to my friend and make sure he knows how serious this could be for *him* and the women who may be assaulted and then I will find out from local authorities what the faire owners liabilities are. He is the owner and the land where the faire wil be held is also owned by him - I would hate to see him lose everything because this old fucking pervert can't keep his hands to himself.

I am also gonna suggest to him that he tell this pervert to leave the puppet at home - and if he can't say this to him - I WILL!

I already told him (since Wayne and I are gonna be performers in this faire) that he better keep an eye on this guy and keep him far away from me - as I do have a whip - and I know how to use it. Seriously.

I would have to say that the stories you are being told are exagerated at best.

If these people are regulars and are known in the circuit and they go about tweaking the breasts of good sports they will and should have no problems.

I am willing to bet that he does not do this with patrons or even with renies he does not know.

I've seen and done some pretty wild and maybe even illegal things at the local ren fair. I wouldn't worry about it too much. On the other hand, if this guy picks the wrong person, on the wrong day he could have some real problems.
