Jay Leno is OUT......Conan O'Brien is IN for the Tonight Show

NBC thought they might lose Conan to another network so they bumped Leno and contracted for Conan. He's a HOT property apparently.
The official switch is 5 years away, though.

I switched to Dave full time who they say is gaining alot of ground...part of which is attributed to being coupled with CSI as a lead in. I'll bet Dave is reeeeeally happy.

I'm not defending him or criticizing him. I think the headline is bogus.

5. Jay was asked to leave....which was a big surprise to him. It's not

like he chose to retire in five years. So in that sense, he was suddenly given the pink slip....bumped....
