So what is this "DS1 Exploit" that keeps popping up on my computer?

So what is this "DS1 Exploit" that keeps popping up on my computer?
I ran Spybot and Search and Destroy and switched from IE to Mozilla, but this DS1 Exploit thing keeps popping up. It's a big popup box with Stewie getting his ears licked by Brian in his sleep going "oh yes, Mr. Giraffe, get all of the marmelade"

Anybody know what that is?

3. Under edit
open preferances, double click privacy&security and make sure you have things set up the way you want them. I find checking "block unrequested popup windows" serves best.
