I think something just broke inside my knee

I only have one "good" knee left, and somehow today I seem to have done something to it-- the pain is increasing with each step. The funny part is I don't know what or how it happened. I've been sitting most of the day, stripping old computers for parts. The only walking I've done was to take the shells out to my truck.

If this keeps up I won't be able to drive tomorrow.

What pisses me off is I have an MRI scheduled for that knee at the beginning of November. As if this couldn't have waited another month or so! Damn damn damn owie.

Tell them that the situation is more severe. Ask them to either work you in or call you if they have a cancellation.

call your doc and tell them the pain is unbearable so they'll move the MRI up. Do you have crutches? start using them if so, if not - make them give you some.


good luck.. Mine turned out to be a torn meniscus and deep bone bruise. I had the same symptoms you described - all I know it hurts like hell.
