A happy ending!!!
Well, after the roof saga of the past few days, I got word today that the buyers have (reluctantly) accepted our generous offer to pay for MOST, but not 90%, of the roof repairs. So, I guess the sale is still on. WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
