Can somone help me with a legal question?
I was talking with some people on the internet, because I like going in places and trying to convert people. In neutral places, but you always run into some pukes. They gave this address to the crowd

I'm wondering is this illegal? At the end they say it was approved by Kerry and paid for by Kerry Inc.

If it is, they should sue them.

1. I'm pretty sure the disclaimer makes it VERY ILLEGAL
since it is being widely distributed via the Web.

The disclaimer at the end makes this very illegal--they are infringing on a trademark.
