MrS, I am doing very well, thank you for asking. I have a new psychiatrist who has prescribed two new drugs for me. Neurontin has done away with my mood swings and helps me concentrate at work -- taking away about 50% of that problem and helping me deal w/ the other 50% much better -- and a spanking-new SSRI, Cymbalta, is working wonders after just a week. (Effexor kicked ass, until it dangerously spiked my BP last year. Cymbalta is supposed to be free of this side effect.)

Still waiting to hear from Uncle Sam on the jobs I want. But I'm gainfully employed in the meantime. With the help of modern chemistry, I can wait a little longer.
