What do you think of Leinenkugal's? (spelling probably wrong)

this is probably my dad's favorite beer but he doesn't know where to buy it in North Dakota. So he buys loads of it whenever he visits Minnesota or Wisconsin.

I don't see why since I find it disgusting and just above Zema.

1. I've always wanted to try "Leiney's Honey Weiss", as they call it here.

I've heard it often on radio commercials recently. They say it's a sweet beer, which means I HAVE to try it, cause I'll only drink beer that doesn't taste like piss or metal. I don't know about other "Leiney's", tho. I've only heard good things about the Honey Weiss.

Your dad might be able to find Leiney's in Fargo or Grand Forks, cause it's a HIGHLY popular beer among Minnesotans, even though it's bottled near Eau Claire, Wis.

And the spelling is "Leinenkugel's".:-)

2. Hey! Obviously I prefer the "Red!"

Honestly, I really don't care for regular Leines but of course, I like the red, honeyweiss and berryweiss. Great little brewery...now owned by one big brewery...Miller. I think you can only get it in Wisconsin, Minnesota and a place California in which a software firm relocated from western Wisconsin. Didn't really help you much, but CHEERS! :toast:

3. I used to drink a LOT of Leines!

We'd buy the longnecks by the case and keep 'em in the bottom of the fridge. Somehow they went pretty quick. It is still a favorite beer for me when I go out to the local bars.

BTW, I'm in Downstate Illinois and it is available here on draft as well as bottles.
