How much does it cost to buy a radio station?
If I was Soros, I would get an Air America station in every US metro area pronto. It would be an investment that would pay off in more ways than one.

2. Wouldn't there be less expense if it is just syndicated content?
I mean literally you could just have a tower, some equipment and some tech and mech guys.

3. Problem Is...There Aren't Many Stations
for sale these days because Clear Channel/Viacom/ABC owns most of them and they aren't going to sell them. As for gaining a dial position/tower from the FCC it takes years and it's rare. Our only hope is low powered radio stations however the republicans, Clear Channel, Viacom and republican thugs on FCC are against this in a big way.

have been major opponents of low powered broadcasting for 25 years.
