I was/am an early childhood educator (also a nursing student, but that's on hold for awhile, but I'm digressing as usual). I had part 2 of a 3 part interviewing process for a job that is social service myself, but within the early childhood realm just yesterday. I got grilled (and I mean grilled) by this whole parent committee. Out of the jobs I applied for, it was the one I least wanted too, but right now in my life anything would make me happy that can pay halfway decently.
