My Children Are Awesome!

As with Moonbeam_Starlight's Daughter... My Daughters are also making their parents mighty proud.

My Senior Daughter has been selected to be the Student Representative on the Greenville City Council. Her vote really doesn't count towards making decisions but she will be involved in the discussions that the city council will be having. She also has started the preliminary steps to start a club for discussing political events with her peers.

My Junior Daughter has done volunteering at that local Democratic headquarters here in Greenville. She has been making phone calls and helping make yard signs. She is also very vocal with her peers...she is currently reading "Crimes Against Nature" by Robert Kennedy Jr..

I am the guy in the shorts...:-) There was a boyscout troup float in front of us... I asked if they would take a few of pictures during the parade. A couple turned out great...:-)
