Question about pigs and marijuana

If somebody were to call you into the police about you smoking marijuana, would they administer a drug test ? Or can you only be caught with the drug?

I must admit I ratted him out for something different that he got a 400 dollar fine for and had to do 80 hours of community service for , but one day I was throwing snowballs with a bunch of my buddies and him, and he got caught and ratted us out(153 dollar fine)...So I hope I was fair based upon my actions

All you and your pal are doing is making problems for each other and making the state rich. Go ahead, rack up a few misdemeanors, then accidently do something real stupid -- like get pulled over in a car and the driver has weed or whateve. Judge sees your priors -- bam, you'll do 6 months for no reason.

4. The police cannot force you to take a drug test. You have the right to

refuse to take one and would be well advised to do so. Unless you are caught holding, smoking or selling you are ok.

10. I used to too. They were friends of my dad, who marched with the Black

Panthers back in the early seventies. I don't know any progressive who calls them "pigs" nowadays, especially after 9/11 and ESPECIALLY before the heavily policed RNC next week.

Police are cops, boys in blue, the law, etc. NOT pigs. I happen to have great respect for guys who risk their lives for teacher's pay.

11. Cops used to be called "pigs" in the sixties and seventies by

radical leftists (my father was one, and he and his friends used to ask me to "watch for pigs" when they would smoke pot in our car back in the day.)

The COINTELPRO division of the CIA actually issued a coloring book that was supposedly "put out" by the Black Panthers depicting Panthers shooting "pigs" dressed in blue. This is fact; research it. All to discredit the left and make them look like lawless chaotic murderous anarchist rabble that middle America could associate with the center-left and the Democratic Party.
