3. It was on sale (had a sticker for $19.67...cute, huh?), but wound up

being under $16.00 actually (good price). I was watching C-Span 2 today, and Barry Miles, the author, was giving a talk about the book (it was taped from an appearance earlier this month at a Barnes and Noble store in Washington, DC).
