1. I have a hodgepodge philosophy

1. Don't harm yourself or others
2. Take care of yourself and others, in that order
3. Don't forget to take care of others

I believe that we succeed more by cooperation than by competition. That means helping our genetic "brothers" and "sisters" if they need it, just because.

I participate in lots and lots and lots of charity work (nonreligious), with my personal time and with money, because I believe it makes a difference to my community and to humanity. It enriches all of us, to do what you can to help the world, whatever that is.
