In the span of a few short minutes I have earned my donor star, (OK I bought it) AND passed the century mark of number of posts.

Now the big question is, how should I celebrate?

I just got back from the supermarket where, to my disapointment, they were fresh out of live goats. I had to settle for previously sacrificed pig in the form of pork ribs. I ceremoniously rub the whole rack with secret New Mexico red chile rub and tossed it on the grill to smoke with mesquite wood. In a few hours I will annoint it with my special balsamic vinegar & Chipotle BBQ sauce before making a pig of myself.
