I just got back from the supermarket where, to my disapointment, they were fresh out of live goats. I had to settle for previously sacrificed pig in the form of pork ribs. I ceremoniously rub the whole rack with secret New Mexico red chile rub and tossed it on the grill to smoke with mesquite wood. In a few hours I will annoint it with my special balsamic vinegar & Chipotle BBQ sauce before making a pig of myself.
