after my drum lesson last night. But I had to work anyway. :(

4. A friend of mine has a trick to avoid work.

She has fair skin, so if her face gets flushed you pretty much know that she isn't not feeling well.

Anyway, she'll show-up to work and work for a little while. An hour maybe. Then she'll go to the bathroom and rub her face with her hands really really fast. The friction will turn her face really red and flushed. At that point, she has about a 10-minute window in which to go ask for sick time; after that, the flushed/feverishs skin effect begins to wear-off. It always works like a charm, smart gal.. hehe..
