How easy is it to mess with someone's

I mean....if you owe someone money....lets say a university....and lets just say the money is for parking violations.....
they can just mess up your credit....just like that? just send it to a collection agency...and all they have to do is go "viola".....your credit is now messed up?

Not paying for things (whether you agree you should or not) can get you in deep, long-lasting doo-doo.
