what we've been getting here lately... All those Michigan mid-summer thunderstorms are some of my favorite memories from growing up there...

By the way, it looks like I will have a house/pet sitting& painting job (NO, I am NOT painting the pets! :D) scheduled at the time of my brother's party, so it will not be an overnight in the city for me. :(

I know we'll meet up one of these days, though... (I will be living in Seattle in a little over a year, anyway...)
