Man insists on showing high-rise residents his booze bottle and genitals

Cops busted a drunken Brooklyn man who allegedly went door to door through a Coney Island high-rise displaying his genitals and a bottle of whiskey to stunned residents.

Police said Roman Gadzhylov, 24, who lives nearby in Sea Gate, flashed his way through at least three floors of a 24-story building at 3325 Neptune Ave. Wednesday.

"I'm looking at this crazy Russian dude with two pierced nipples and a ponytail," said a tenant who asked that his name not be printed.

He said he heard loud banging and opened the door to find a half-naked Gadzhylov "pants down to here with no drawers on."

He grabbed Gadzhylov and called security.

Dawn Ford, a security guard, said she and a colleague, Jean Griffon, encountered the rambunctious Gadzhylov on the 19th floor.
