Just saw this in my e-mail, upcoming NBC show.

That's right folks. From the network that brought us... er... Friends
(I think) and several other shows that we really don't watch but
claim to at work the next day, NBC is now bringing a computer
animated anthromporphic cartoon, brought to you by the nice people
who brought us "Shrek."

John Goodman, Cheryl Hines, Orlando Jones and Carl Reiner star in the
new anthromorphic sitcom called "Father of the Pride," that will air
this fall, Tuesday at nine. Eddie Murphy will also make a guest
appearance as -you guessed it- the Donkey, Danny Devito as a lobster-
type thing, and Lisa Kudrow will also show up as a self-hating,
virgin panda.

For those of you with slow-ass modems, or those that just can't be
bothered to click, trust me. If you like Family Guy, you'll love

1. Maybe the John Goodman character

will end the first season by misunderstanding a visual cue from the
"Roy" character and rip his throat out by accident.
