4. Your PC will ask you, "Are you sure you want to send George W.
Bush to the Recycle Bin?"

5. Answer calmly, "yes," and press the mouse button firmly.

Think I might try it tomorrow as an e-mail. Then I can permanently delete him. Recycling could possibly prove to cause him to morph into an even more unimaginably toxic incarnation. Do so with some modicum of trepidation.
