Why does everything smell like cat piss
Edited on Thu Jul-15-04 05:33 PM by TrogL
My shirt is freshly laundered. I've been keeping my pants locked up after last time the cat pissed on them. Same with my socks and underwear. It's not my shoes. I washed my hair this morning. It's not my bicycle helmet. I'm at work. There's no cat here. :wtf:

2. LOL. I know the problem and I feel your pain.
It seems once you get that smell in your nostrils that becomes the problem. We need a nostril refreshner that you spray in your nose and that smell goes away.

3. small particles become airborne
and then we inhale them. There are sensors in your nasal passsages that report this to the brain.

4. Juniper bushes outside?
Sometimes even my morning coffee makes me think I'm smelling cat piss - I'm paranoid. Once bitten, twice shy baby.

8. Re wash the things with detergent and ADD OxyClean
Our cat pissed on the dashboard cover that was in the familyroom, waiting to have new velcro put on it.. and that stuff worked wonders..

The smell may really be in your head. If the cat sprayed, that smell is really strong and stays with you. It will probably be gone in the morning. In th meantime...use ear plugs. :-)
