"God Bless America -- And No Place Else!"

We watched Head of State (with Cris Rock and Bernie Mac) last night.

The Republican candidate would always say that, "God Bless America -- And No Place Else!"

Do you feel that many Republicans, and especially christian conservatives, silently feel that way when they express the "God Bless America" sentiment?

1. I thought it was a brilliant satire of Repukelican false "Christianity"

The BCE invasion of Iraq is a good example. When Junior lied and said "God" told him to bomb Iraq, it's obvious that the PNAC team didn't take the Chaldean Christians into consideration. Or for that matter, the peaceful Muslims who actually follow the Koran's teachings.

3. All nationalist statements, no matter how trite, are, by definition,

exclusionist. They always mean "screw everybody else".
