3 days into my new diet!
Lost 1 whopping pound so far but my goal is 40!

I have a medium sized breakfast, little snacks throughout the day, a light lunch, and a medium sized dinner.

No food after 6pm, period.

I also force myself on the elliptical trainer for 15 minutes+ per day or walk at work (1 mile during lunch, composing of 20 or 30 minutes walking time total)

Oh yeah, I'm also taking ephedra-free Hydroxycut supplement during breakfast and lunch. As long as I bother to exercise, this stuff helps me feel less tired and worn out. Once I get into full gear exercising, I'll be stopping the drug ingestion and let exercise maintain my metabolism.

This time I won't get sidetracked! (I'll also dream and hope that management sees my shrinking belly and thinks I'm steadfast, determined, and can put my mind toward a goal to complement my analytical capabilities!)

And a fractal or two of my own: :D

1. Good luck to ya!
And if that doesn't work out for ya, look into Body-for-Life. 5/6 healthy meals a day, 1 cheat day (eat whatever you want), 6 day work out (no workout lasting more than 40 min, but I gotta warn you they are INTENSE workouts. No rest between sets!) and one cheat day.

You do it for 6 weeks and then rest.

4. Breakfast, lunch, and a very light dinner
I try to eat most of my calories during the day. After doing this for several years, I can honestly say that this is the right path for me.
